You need to check whether phone call or data has been blocked on your device first. If both aren't blocked, the USIM may not be detected, so your device registration is required. Please contact the customer center for the registration after checking your IMEI. Nevertheless the data cannot be used, it may be a USIM defect. Please try checking on another device, and if the USIM is still undetected, we will resend a new USIM.
